Who is responsible for your data

System maintenance enquiries
If you submit an enquiry, we use your email address, system description, needs and any other information you choose to provide to respond, assess whether we can maintain the system and prepare an offer. We also record the history and dates of contact in our CRM. Do not submit passwords, credentials or your system users’ personal data.
Specialist applications
If you submit a cooperation profile, we use your contact details, experience, skills, availability, financial expectations and additional information to discuss potential B2B cooperation and assess fit for future projects. An application does not guarantee a project or any level of earnings.
Purposes and legal grounds
When you enquire about a contract on your own behalf, we process data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). When you represent a company, and to organise correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining business relationships and responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Form security and justified claims rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service and our rights. Applicable legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c) where relevant to the relationship.
Retention
Business enquiries that do not result in cooperation are retained for 12 months after the last contact. Inactive specialist applications are retained for 12 months after the qualification process closes. We review active processes and close them when further contact is no longer justified. If we enter into a contract, retention of data needed for its performance follows the contract and applicable legal obligations. Data needed for claims may be retained for as long as necessary to establish, exercise or defend them. Erasure takes account of other active relationships involving the same person.
Recipients
Access is limited to people authorised to handle enquiries and cooperation. Hosting, operations, email and anti-spam providers process information needed for their services. The planned deployment uses Google Cloud for hosting, enquiry queueing and reCAPTCHA anti-spam protection, and Gmail for correspondence. cyber_Folks manages the domain. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using mechanisms available under the GDPR, including adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the provider and service configuration. You may contact us for information and a copy of applicable safeguards.
Technical information and form security
Submissions include the privacy notice version and a request identifier to support consistent handling and prevent duplicates. Referral information may include the page path and UTM campaign parameters. The server processes technical request data needed for operation and security. Google reCAPTCHA analyses technical browser and connection signals to assess the risk of automated traffic. A suspicious score does not produce a decision with legal effects.
Browser storage and analytics
This version does not enable Google Analytics or advertising tracking. Form answers remain on the current page until submission, refresh or closure; they are not stored as a persistent browser profile. CRM login uses session mechanisms required to protect access. Do not share your session with other people.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction and, where the conditions are met, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. The GDPR sets out these rights and their conditions.
Voluntary information and decisions
Providing data is voluntary. Fields marked as required are needed to respond or assess an application. We do not make decisions producing legal effects solely by automated means. A person discusses offers and cooperation terms with you.
