Maintenance for SaaS and business systems
We maintain SaaS products and business applications. We monitor them, fix incidents and prevent recurring problems. A dedicated service owner and a prepared team help keep your system running.
Monitoring, a dedicated service owner and preventive work within the agreed scope.
A proprietary method built on 10 years of maintenance experience.
Lessons from incidents feed back into the maintenance plan.
The team follows prepared procedures and agreed escalation rules.
L2 + L3 · response within 4 hours · 10 shared work hours.

Compare takeover payment options ↗We check whether we can take the system on. Prices are examples subject to qualification.
How much does maintenance cost?
Two examples with different coverage windows and response times. The subscription combines on-call availability, a service owner and 10 hours of work. Your team remains responsible for first-line user contact.
PLN 3,600 net / month
PLN 15,700 net / month
Initial takeover with a report
We first check, free of charge, whether we can accept the system. The takeover covers complexity, identified defects and a proprietary report with a plan of required work.
The example subscriptions assume a separately paid takeover. Final scope and price require qualification. Response time is not repair time. Subscriptions are invoiced after each service month with 14-day payment terms.
Describe your system ↗For systems that matter
We match maintenance to the technology, scale and risk. We begin by learning the system and checking whether we can safely take responsibility for it.
Customers use the application, while your team needs room to develop the product and a structured way to maintain it.
A custom application supports orders, customer service or daily work. Downtime stops important processes.
A tool created with AI assistance now matters to the business. It needs a technical assessment and a maintenance plan.
From learning the system to ongoing care
Our method combines diagnosis, prepared procedures and systematic prevention to reduce incidents and the need for intervention.
We assess the application and agree scope and responsibilities. We prepare access, monitoring and operating procedures.
The service owner organises knowledge and the maintenance plan. We monitor, respond and record the causes of problems.
We review statistics, recurrences and preventive work. Where no earlier data exists, we compare periods covered by our own service.
Process example — not a customer result
Each system has agreed procedures, access limits and escalation contacts. We do not make arbitrary production changes.
Monitoring reports an outage. The on-call specialist verifies the alert, symptoms and logs within the granted access.
If a fault prevents work in a critical part of the system, we fix it or implement a workaround within the agreed boundaries. When expert input or extra access is required, we escalate.
We document the incident. The service owner plans a change to the system, monitoring or procedure to reduce recurrence. Other defects are documented and sent to the place agreed with the customer.
The service owner reviews monitoring signals, updates knowledge after application changes and delivers agreed maintenance tasks. From the second month, we report statistics and completed work, including periods when the system simply remains stable.
Development under technical control
We match delivery to your team and project. You can use your own developers, work with a software house we recommend, or run a project environment prepared for AI agents.
From request to test environment
Add a ticket and track its status. Our automation passes the work to an agent using the process prepared for the project.
Terms are agreed individually. Pricing includes an additional fixed monthly fee for the environment and automation. We recommend a larger maintenance hour bundle because the service owner also reviews plans and completed development work.
Discuss development of your system ↗Let’s talk about your system
Tell us what the application does and why you need maintenance. We will contact you and check free of charge whether we can take it on. We then agree the takeover: PLN 2,400 net once, or included in the subscription quote with a minimum 12-month term. The takeover report describes the system’s condition and the work needed soon, and forms the basis of the maintenance plan.
We do not need passwords, credentials, source code or full documentation at this stage.
No. We aim to reduce incidents and recurring problems. Scope, coverage hours and response time are agreed after we learn the system; response time is not a repair-time guarantee.
The subscription depends on system scope, coverage hours and the agreed service. We provide a specific quote after qualification; you do not need to choose support levels yourself.
With a separately paid takeover, the notice period is one month. If takeover and report are included in the subscription, the minimum term is 12 months. It then continues indefinitely with one month’s notice. Earlier termination terms are set out in the agreement, subject to applicable law.
Yes. Before launch, we agree responsibilities, access and escalation to people who know the product. The system assessment defines realistic boundaries for our work.
