Initial takeover with a report

We learn the system.
You choose how to pay.

We first check, free of charge, whether we can accept the system. The takeover covers complexity, identified defects and a proprietary report with a plan of required work.

Separate takeover fee

PLN 2,400 net, one-off

Payable within 14 days after delivery of the report. Ongoing maintenance has a one-month notice period.

Takeover included

No separate fee with a minimum 12-month term

The takeover cost is included in the subscription quote. After one year, the agreement continues indefinitely with one month’s notice.

  • Report within one week of receiving the necessary access and information.
  • You keep the report even if you do not continue with maintenance.
  • We quote substantial repairs outside the agreed scope separately.

The example subscriptions assume a separately paid takeover. Final scope and price require qualification. Response time is not repair time. Subscriptions are invoiced after each service month with 14-day payment terms.

Describe your system ↗

For systems that matter

When an application becomes
part of everyday operations.

We match maintenance to the technology, scale and risk. We begin by learning the system and checking whether we can safely take responsibility for it.

01 / PRODUCT

You are building a SaaS product

Customers use the application, while your team needs room to develop the product and a structured way to maintain it.

02 / OPERATIONS

Your business relies on the system

A custom application supports orders, customer service or daily work. Downtime stops important processes.

03 / NEW TOOLS

An AI-built project became important

A tool created with AI assistance now matters to the business. It needs a technical assessment and a maintenance plan.

From learning the system to ongoing care

A proprietary method.
10 years of maintenance experience.

Our method combines diagnosis, prepared procedures and systematic prevention to reduce incidents and the need for intervention.

01 / Before launch

We assess and prepare

We assess the application and agree scope and responsibilities. We prepare access, monitoring and operating procedures.

02 / First month

We establish a baseline

The service owner organises knowledge and the maintenance plan. We monitor, respond and record the causes of problems.

03 / After month two

We show what is changing

We review statistics, recurrences and preventive work. Where no earlier data exists, we compare periods covered by our own service.

Process example — not a customer result

What happens when an application
stops responding?

Each system has agreed procedures, access limits and escalation contacts. We do not make arbitrary production changes.

01 / Detection and diagnosis

We assess the impact

Monitoring reports an outage. The on-call specialist verifies the alert, symptoms and logs within the granted access.

02 / Action or escalation

We follow a prepared scenario

If a fault prevents work in a critical part of the system, we fix it or implement a workaround within the agreed boundaries. When expert input or extra access is required, we escalate.

03 / Knowledge and prevention

The issue feeds back into the plan

We document the incident. The service owner plans a change to the system, monitoring or procedure to reduce recurrence. Other defects are documented and sent to the place agreed with the customer.

What if nothing breaks?

The service owner reviews monitoring signals, updates knowledge after application changes and delivers agreed maintenance tasks. From the second month, we report statistics and completed work, including periods when the system simply remains stable.

Development under technical control

We maintain the system.
We can also help develop it.

We match delivery to your team and project. You can use your own developers, work with a software house we recommend, or run a project environment prepared for AI agents.

01 / YOUR TEAM

Your team owns development

We agree deployment and change handover rules. The service owner keeps the knowledge needed to maintain the changing system safely.

02 / PARTNER

We help select a software house

We can recommend a contractor matched to the technology and scope. The service owner helps maintain continuity between development and operations.

From request to test environment

You manage development through a Kanban board.

Add a ticket and track its status. Our automation passes the work to an agent using the process prepared for the project.

  1. Ticketneed described on the board
  2. Analysiscontext and acceptance criteria
  3. Plantechnical review by the service owner
  4. Deliveryagent works in the project environment
  5. Stagingtests and final review by the service owner

Terms are agreed individually. Pricing includes an additional fixed monthly fee for the environment and automation. We recommend a larger maintenance hour bundle because the service owner also reviews plans and completed development work.

Discuss development of your system ↗

Let’s talk about your system

Start with a short description.

Tell us what the application does and why you need maintenance. We will contact you and check free of charge whether we can take it on. We then agree the takeover: PLN 2,400 net once, or included in the subscription quote with a minimum 12-month term. The takeover report describes the system’s condition and the work needed soon, and forms the basis of the maintenance plan.

We do not need passwords, credentials, source code or full documentation at this stage.

System description and contact details

Required: system description, need and email. Technology is optional.

We will use this information to respond to your enquiry. Privacy notice.

Clear terms from the start.

Do you guarantee zero downtime?

No. We aim to reduce incidents and recurring problems. Scope, coverage hours and response time are agreed after we learn the system; response time is not a repair-time guarantee.

How much does maintenance cost?

The subscription depends on system scope, coverage hours and the agreed service. We provide a specific quote after qualification; you do not need to choose support levels yourself.

How long is the agreement?

With a separately paid takeover, the notice period is one month. If takeover and report are included in the subscription, the minimum term is 12 months. It then continues indefinitely with one month’s notice. Earlier termination terms are set out in the agreement, subject to applicable law.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. Before launch, we agree responsibilities, access and escalation to people who know the product. The system assessment defines realistic boundaries for our work.
